Service scope

Business mailing address and mail management for approved recipients, with an assigned PMB number, incoming-mail updates in your portal and ordinary letter pickup during business hours. This is a mail service, not an office lease.

Not included

No private office, desk, meeting room, on-site employee representation, telephone answering or registered-agent service is included.

Pricing and pickup

Use the selected mailbox plan; there is no separate Virtual Office name surcharge. Ordinary letter pickup is included for new plans. Scanning, forwarding, shredding, postage, materials, excess volume and extended storage are charged separately where applicable. Packages and extra recipients or businesses require staff confirmation of eligibility and pricing. Existing customers keep their agreed contract and rates.

Activation and authorization

Address use begins only after required identity and address checks, USPS Form 1583, agreement, payment confirmation and staff activation. Opening, scanning, shredding and disposal require customer authorization. Pickup requires identification and an authorized recipient.

Address use

Use the exact mailing format and PMB designation supplied by staff. Do not describe a PMB as a private office or suite. Business registration, banking and Google Business Profile eligibility are determined by the relevant institution and are not guaranteed.

Ending service

Contact staff before ending service and update your senders. Before activation, the written agreement must specify cancellation notice, refund conditions, remaining-mail handling and any forwarding or storage charges, subject to USPS requirements. Ending service is not authorization to automatically shred or discard mail.
