Terms of Service
Version 1.2 · Updated 2026-10-22
Effective from first public posting of this version; no retroactive waiver of rights.
1. Scope and contracting party
These terms describe website use and services accepted under the Prime Pack & Ship service name. The contracting service provider and agreed services are identified in your accepted order or service agreement. Requesting a quote does not confirm a booking or carrier acceptance. Material service terms must be made available before you accept the order. Browsing the site alone does not waive legal rights or authorize charges.
2. Service roles and applicable transport law
Our role may differ by order, including packing, storage, fulfillment or arranging transportation. Legal obligations depend on the services actually undertaken, the transport documents and applicable law, not solely on a description such as agent or intermediary. Mandatory federal transport law, applicable international conventions and non-waivable consumer protections take precedence over inconsistent website wording. Carrier terms apply only to the relevant service to the extent legally effective; they do not automatically eliminate our own obligations.
3. Accurate information and authority
You must have authority over the goods and the requested instructions and provide accurate addresses, cargo descriptions, values and customs information. Disclose restricted, fragile or special-handling items before acceptance. Business users must be authorized to act for their company and submit recipient information lawfully. Account numbers distinguish accounts; shared contact details do not grant authority over another account. Reasonable, documented additional costs directly caused by inaccurate declarations or unauthorized instructions are payable only under the agreed terms and applicable law, excluding costs caused by our own fault.
4. Quotes, additional charges and payment
Quotes are based on the supplied information and stated validity, not a guarantee that measurements, customs assessments or carrier adjustments will remain unchanged. Final charges may reflect actual or dimensional weight, approved work, destination conditions and documented third-party adjustments. The accepted order or invoice specifies currency, inclusions and payment terms. Additional charges require the authorization process agreed before service; silence is not authorization for a new fee. An EIN alone does not establish tax exemption. This policy does not create an automatic penalty, undisclosed surcharge or permission to debit a stored payment method.
5. Safety, unpaid services and property
We may decline unlawful or unsafe requests or pause discretionary new work where legally permitted under the accepted agreement. We will identify a payment or information issue and seek instructions where appropriate. Storage fees must have an agreed or otherwise lawful basis. Goods are not automatically abandoned because an invoice is unpaid or disputed. Any lien, retention, sale or disposal is subject to applicable legal rights, notice requirements and procedures; this website policy alone creates no unrestricted right to seize or dispose of goods.
6. Responsibility and recoverable loss
We remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law and the accepted service contract, including the required standard of care for our own work. A claim must establish a legally recoverable loss and its basis. Liability limits or exclusions apply only where permitted by law and validly incorporated into the relevant service contract; no universal monetary cap is imposed here. This policy does not automatically waive consequential damages. Any proposed business-specific exclusion must be separately disclosed and validly agreed. Nothing excludes fraud, willful injury, gross negligence, unlawful conduct, conversion where it cannot be limited, or other non-waivable liability.
7. Account use and disputes
Do not access another account without authority, falsify shipment records or submit unlawful content. Report suspected misuse through our contact channel. You may raise a billing or service concern with supporting references without waiving any right to complain to a regulator, bring a lawful payment dispute or use a competent court. This policy imposes no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, universal litigation deadline or exclusive forum. Applicable law and any legally effective service-specific agreement determine those questions.
8. Changes, language and contact
Material changes will be identified with the updated policy version and effective date and notified where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or add charges to completed orders without a lawful basis. English and Korean versions are provided together; no automatic priority is assigned by this policy. Any discrepancy must be resolved consistently with mandatory law and the accepted service terms. Use the company contact details provided with these policies for questions, cancellation requests or claims.
