Privacy Notice

Version 1.2 · Updated 2026-10-22

Effective from first public posting of this version; no retroactive waiver of rights.

1. No sale of customer information

Prime Pack & Ship does not sell, rent, or trade customers’ personal information to third parties. This includes names, contact details, mobile phone numbers, account information and shipment information. Information disclosed to providers solely to perform our requested services is not permission for those providers to use it for their own marketing. The additional mobile-information and SMS-consent restrictions below apply to all disclosure categories in this notice.

2. Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Sharing of information to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in and consent information will not be sold or rented. Support providers may process information only to provide our services, not to obtain independent marketing permission; consent to receive our messages is not transferable to another organization.

3. SMS messaging consent, frequency and opt-out

Consent: By opting in to SMS messaging, you consent to receive text messages from Prime Pack & Ship about your requested services, including shipments, accounts, billing and customer support. Providing a phone number or viewing this policy alone does not constitute SMS consent. Privacy: Your personal information, including your mobile phone number, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties. Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity and support requests; messages may be recurring. Opt-out: Reply STOP to opt out of future SMS messages from Prime Pack & Ship. Help: Reply HELP for more information, or contact Prime Pack & Ship at (213) 375-1313 or support@primepackship.com. Charges: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

4. Scope and contact

This notice explains information handling for the Prime Pack & Ship website, customer accounts and related shipping, packing, fulfillment and mailbox services. It covers individuals, including business contacts, senders and recipients. Contact the company using the contact details below for privacy questions or requests, identifying the request as a privacy matter. This notice does not waive legal rights or constitute consent to unrelated marketing or a transfer that requires separate consent.

5. Information categories and sources

We collect information supplied by customers, authorized users, senders and recipients, information returned by service providers, and records generated during service. Categories include names, contact details, addresses, account and company identifiers, billing information, shipment contents and declared values, tracking and customs information, invoices, payment references and correspondence. Where the selected service requires them, records may include identification documents, signatures, customs identifiers, package photographs, mailbox authorizations and mail scans. Technical services may also process connection and usage information such as IP addresses, device/browser details, session identifiers and access logs. Do not submit unnecessary identity or financial information in general messages.

6. Purposes and automated assistance

Relevant information is used for quotes, account administration, identity or authorization checks, shipping and customs support, storage and fulfillment, mailbox services, billing and payment reconciliation, service communications, support, fraud prevention and legal recordkeeping. Some staff tools use AI-assisted document extraction, customer summaries or package-damage analysis; information or images submitted to those tools may be processed by the platform and its AI providers. Automated output may contain errors and is not a guarantee of customs acceptance, credit, pricing or compensation. Ask for staff review if an automated result affects your request. Providing third-party information requires lawful authority and any necessary notice or permission.

7. Recipients and disclosures

Relevant recipients can include hosting and account services, payment processors, carriers, shipping platforms, warehouses and fulfillment partners, customs authorities or brokers, email/SMS services, AI processing providers and professional advisers. The app uses Base44; supported payment flows use Stripe. Depending on the service, carrier and communications tools may include UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, ShipStation, Resend, Google services or messaging providers. A provider receives information relevant to its role, not necessarily every category listed above. Information may also be disclosed when law requires or permits it, to address fraud or legal claims, or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. Sharing to perform a service is different from a statutory sale or advertising-related sharing; this notice does not authorize unrelated uses or waive any applicable opt-out right.

8. Browser storage, tracking and choices

The app uses browser storage for customer sessions, language and interface preferences. Clearing or blocking it can sign you out or reset settings. Hosting and embedded services, including maps, payment components and externally loaded resources, may receive technical information; third parties may collect activity over time and across services under their own practices. The app does not provide its own Do Not Track switch or a universal control over third-party tracking. A browser Do Not Track signal should not be assumed to stop all collection. This notice does not represent that every provider automatically honors Global Privacy Control; any recognition required by applicable law remains required. You can manage browser storage and extensions, avoid optional third-party features and contact us about advertising or privacy choices. Browser controls do not cancel processing necessary for a transaction or legal recordkeeping.

9. Retention, deletion and security

Retention depends on the category and purpose rather than a single period for all records. Account/contact information is assessed against account activity and outstanding services; shipment, customs, invoice and payment records against performance, applicable legal recordkeeping and unresolved claims; identity documents, signatures and mail scans against the specific verification or requested service; technical records against security and troubleshooting needs. Legal holds and required records can prevent immediate deletion, and backup copies may persist until their normal replacement or applicable retention ends. Contact us to request review of continued retention or deletion. We do not promise automatic deletion immediately after account closure or a security guarantee. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or unnecessary identity images through ordinary messages.

10. Requests, verification and legal rights

You may request access to or correction of your account information, deletion, or information about processing using the contact details below or the contact page. Describe the request and account reference without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. We may verify identity or an agent’s authority using information appropriate to the request, and explain a denial or legal exception where required. Applicable law determines available rights and response periods. Where California privacy law applies, rights may include knowing/accessing, correcting and deleting information, opting out of sale or cross-context advertising sharing, limiting specified sensitive-information uses and protection against unlawful discrimination. This notice assumes neither a blanket CCPA exemption nor universal eligibility. You may also exercise applicable Korean or other privacy rights and contact the competent regulator. A request does not require waiving other rights or buying a service.

11. International processing, minors and changes

US–Korea and other cross-border services can require processing or access in the United States, Korea and locations used by the selected service providers. Direct collection from a person abroad differs from onward disclosure or outsourced storage; separate legal requirements may apply. Where law requires recipient, country, purpose, retention, transfer basis, refusal consequences or separate consent, this general notice is not a substitute for those transaction-specific disclosures or consent. Ask before submitting sensitive information if you need those details. Services are intended to be ordered by adults or authorized business representatives, not independently by children. Contact us about information submitted by a child. We will identify notice changes with a revised date and provide additional notice or consent where required; posting changes does not retroactively remove accrued rights.
